v1.10 @ IPIP-DATX Support

This release included x86 & x64 version WinMTR with IPIP.net DATX support.

Usage

1. Copy your IPIP DATX database file to the same directory with winmtr.exe and name it as 17monipdb.datx.
2. Enjoy.

Attention

• This version is not working with IPv6 cause IPIP doesn't support IPv6 yet.
