Plugin issues (aka. bugs) are pretty dramatic in their outcome, in that the Postgres server will issue a segmentation fault type error and restart automatically.
This PR fixes additional bugs related to the
pallocsize of record arrays for statements likeALTER...ADD/DROP COLUMN. It also adds a lot more debugging statements that should help track down future problems.
