Includes new languages ar, it and pl.
Since these are still WIP, I had to lower the required minimum percentage for language downloading for the main UI translation file from 80% to 30% in order to fetch these with the transifex tool.
There are still plenty of missing strings in them, but should be useful for community members working on these languages to test the ongoing work.
