Patch Changes

• Follow-ups to the 0.41 mobile app kit.
  • Dropped queued writes say what happened. A confirmed write still waiting to be sent when the signed-in account changes or its scope unmounts now rejects with the new WriteCancelledError (code: 'cancelled'). Before, it got RecordRoomNotReadyError, and onWriteError reported "still connecting" with advice to wait for ready, which could not help. A confirmed write made after its scope unmounted rejects the same way. onWriteError still reports these with kind: 'not_ready', under their own title.
  • The web Alert keeps focus. Tab and Shift-Tab cycle through its buttons without leaving the dialog. Focus returns to where it was when the last alert closes.
  • isPointerPrimary is the new name for pointerInput in deepspace/native, so it reads as the boolean it is. pointerInput remains as a deprecated alias.
