Minor Changes

• createScopedR2Handler and useR2Files take a validated basePath, so the files protocol (multipart upload, Range reads, listing) can serve an app-owned R2 binding at its own route. The handler now answers 404 for paths outside its mount instead of reading them as keys, so a handler served at the site root must be mounted at a route (or have requests rewritten to /api/files)
• Billing: the server helpers accept the app's own Hono context without a cast; useSubscription makes no request while signed out, re-reads when the user changes, never shows one user's tier to the next, and subscribe/openPortal reject with unauthorized while signed out
