Effort to render `pydocs` for Docs

## Proposed changes

Similar to Go Docs, we need to push this repo to use and render pydocs for our code documentation. Also, we (as in I) need to make an effort going forward to have all docs in the repo before tagging the release. Doing this busy use versioned documentation.
