发现页自定义索引源：条目显示「有新版本」但没有更新动作，第三方插件无法从索引源升级

概述

「插件 → 发现」能正确把自定义索引源条目的新版判定为 update-available（卡片按钮文案「有新版本」），但点击只是跳到「已安装」标签页，没有执行升级的入口；「已安装」页对第三方组合包也没有版本选择器。结果是：告诉你该更新，却无路可走。

环境

• dsh 0.2.1-rc.3（macOS 桌面版，dsh --version → 0.2.1-rc.3）
• profile: desktop，plugin-market 已启用（@deepseek-ai/dsh-experimental-plugin-market-bundle）
• 索引源：https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/dsh-plugin-catalog/index.json（format 1，实测 200，3382 条）
• 涉及的包：经索引源安装的第三方 profile 组合包

复现

1. 插件 → 发现 → 索引源，添加上面的索引 URL
2. 从中安装任意一个条目
3. 等该条目在索引里发布新版本，回到发现页
4. 卡片状态变为「有新版本」，点击按钮

实际表现

• 卡片按钮文案为「有新版本」，onClick 固定跳转「已安装」（dsh-client-ui-plugin-market/lib/client.js：t(status === "update-available" ? "statusUpdate" : ...)，onClick: onOpenInstalled）
• 「已安装」页只有官方按需卡片提供「更新」；其他 profile 插件按 README 的说法「通过卸载后重新安装更改版本」，界面上没有版本选择器
• 源码里这两条限制是明写的：
  • dsh-plugin-market README：「不支持升级——索引版本更新的已安装组合包报告为 update-available；升级仍需先卸载再安装。」
  • dsh-client-ui-plugin-market README：「没有升级操作——可用更新只显示为状态。」

期望行为

希望给这个状态一个真正的动作，和官方按需卡片的「更新」对齐：

• 发现页卡片：update-available 时提供「更新」，按索引条目声明的精确 spec 和 registry 执行 卸载 → 安装（pluginManager.installBundle 已经是这条路径：官方插件更新就是先删后装）
• 或者至少在「已安装」页列出该组合包在索引中的可用版本并给「更新」入口，而不是把状态做成死胡同
• 结果照常报告 restart-required / restartReason

影响

任何靠自定义索引源分发、并持续发版的第三方插件，都无法在 UI 内升级；用户只能手抄版本号卸载重装，容易装错版本。dshmarket 插件自带的插件市场面板可以更新，但那是插件自建的 UI，内置发现页这一侧仍然无解。
