Russian language pack for the web UI (community bundle)

Hi! I put together a Russian language pack for the web UI and published it as an installable bundle: Lorodn4x/dsh-russian-locale.

The in-box dsh-client-locale ships zh and en, so I built a drop-in replacement that adds Русский to Settings → General → Language:

Built artifacts are committed, so nothing runs on install and no pnpm build allowance is needed. Restart the harness afterwards and pick the language like any other - the preference persists through the normal user-settings flow.

What's inside

• A full Russian dictionary: 727 strings across all 30 client namespaces (chat, workspaces, sidebar, every settings page, subagents, jobs, goals, plans, trajectory, dialogs, the welcome notice).
• One central dictionary keyed by namespace id, consulted by lookup() before the en fallback - so other plugins' copy gets translated without touching those packages.
• LOCALE_IDS, the picker list, <html lang> mapping, and the host-side settings schema extended with ru.

How it installs cleanly

The package is a regular dsh.bundle. Its patch layer disables the in-box locale row and inserts an equivalent one backed by the pack, so the official composition mechanism does all the work - no files under node_modules are modified. Tested end-to-end against 0.1.1-rc.2 on Linux (boot, graph composition, served bundles, persistence); the pack fails loud at boot rather than silently degrading if a future release changes the locale seam.

Since CONTRIBUTING.md says external pull requests aren't accepted at the moment, a bundle felt like the right shape. If Russian localization is ever interesting upstream - or when outside PRs open - the dictionaries are ready to hand over, and I'm happy to keep maintaining the pack in the meantime.
