Bug: the session that creates a workspace is never registered in that workspace's sessionIds (it stays "Ungrouped")

Summary

When a session creates a new workspace, that session is not added to the new workspace's
sessionIds. The UI therefore lists it under Ungrouped, even though the session's cwd is
exactly the workspace path. Sessions started later in the same (already existing) workspace are
registered correctly — so only the creating session is affected.

Environment

• DSH Desktop 0.1.7-rc.2, packaged Electron app on Windows 10 (exe FileVersion = 0.1.7-rc.2).
• Workspace store: %USERPROFILE%\.dsh\storages\workspace.json
• Per-session cache: %USERPROFILE%\.dsh\storages\session_projcache\sessions\*.json

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a session whose cwd is a folder that is not yet a workspace — this session creates the workspace.
2. Observe the sidebar: the workspace appears, but that session is shown as Ungrouped.
3. Start a second session inside the same workspace.
4. Observe: the second session is grouped under the workspace correctly.

So the delta is not the problem by itself (workspace creation and session creation are two separate
writes ~26 ms apart, which is expected). The problem is that the write which creates the workspace
does not include the creating session in sessionIds, while the write triggered by a later session
does.

Expected

The creating session should be listed in the new workspace's sessionIds (or the UI should group
sessions by cwd when sessionIds is incomplete), so it does not appear as "Ungrouped".

Impact

• Cosmetic but confusing: the very session that produced the workspace is the one that looks
  orphaned, so history appears detached from the project it created.
• No data loss: the workspace and the session files are intact; nothing is deleted.
• Reported from 0.1.7-rc.2. Related earlier report from the same install: [Desktop 0.1.7-rc.2] File card "Show file location" is a silent no-op — root cause: windowsHide:true hides Explorer's window #7982 (windowsHide: true
  hides the Explorer window of the built-in "Show file location" card).
