dsh-locale-ru — unofficial Russian localization for DSH

Hi DSH community! I'd like to share dsh-locale-ru, an unofficial open-source Russian localization for the desktop app.

It installs as an ordinary DSH client plugin bundle and adds a Русский (ru, English fallback) language:

• 2425 of 2428 UI strings across all 57 namespaces — settings, sessions, slash commands, the model picker, approvals, plan and goal, questions, workspace, plugins and more;
• 297 plugin and bundle titles and descriptions, resolved from each package's manifest;
• the switch sits in Settings → General → Language and applies live, with no restart. Untranslated keys fall back to English, so the dictionary can grow in parts;
• the native Application / Edit menu, the quit dialog, the welcome window and the update screens are covered by an optional installer patch. The Electron shell keeps its own message dictionaries inside app.asar and is unreachable from a plugin, so the patch injects a Russian table there — with a backup, byte-for-byte verification of the rebuilt archive and a one-command revert;
• the bonus notification is recomposed from the platform's structured amount / currency / expires_at fields instead of showing the English sentence the API returns.

Everything is checked: the build fails on a missing key or a mismatched {placeholder}, an artifact test exercises language registration, the English fallback and both text wrappers, and CI verifies that the committed client.js matches its translation sources.

Known limits, so nobody is surprised: module short names (tool-bash, persona), the account window, other platform-authored text and agent-generated content stay English. The shell patch touches the installation and has to be re-applied after every DSH update; the tooling reads Electron's fuse bits, verifies message keys against the installed build and refuses to patch when app.asar integrity validation is enabled.
