[Bug] v0.2.1-alpha.1- Process freeze in custom plugin creation during install_bundle

This bug present in previous version too. Its constant because confirmed second time, at second attempt second different plugin creation.
The bug is present at final stage in Creator mode when model making Tool call - plugin_manager - install_bundle, which is always started by escalated Approval from user. When approval allowed - nothing happen next, the app and local model (from llama.cpp server) stuck, no model request timeout started, nothing.
Attempt of user to enter Settings tabs of Plugins during this showing nothing, its glitched.
The app itself not freezes, GUI working and react, only the model process fully stuck.
If user try to send a message into model process - notification reporting agent ***** cannot read inbox state: its projection registration is not active (gateway/internal).
After app hard restart the new custom plugin with custom SVG icon created by model kinda installed and appears in Plugins tab, but hard to say if its really working, it shows like running with On switch.
In new session ive prompted model to research if plugin installed and model was puzzled by Absent status in Config.listConfigs directory. It thinks absent means no Config schema so plugin not mounted/not activated.

Also during Creator mode model quite puzzled by ability to verify the plugin installation, which kinda not existed and reasoning about this very long.

The plugin installed, i can see it's text addition in the process logs of new sessions, but the whole process is going without happy ending abruptly.
