Dear @Jam-55-d Regarding your upload issue: you're absolutely right that you should be able to contribute files directly. Since we created the repository, you already have write access — but GitHub typically protects the main branch, so direct pushes to main may be blocked. The recommended workflow is to create a pull request (even for maintainers) to ensure review and CI checks. Here's how you can add these files properly: Clone the repository locally (if you haven't already): Create a new branch for your files: Add the files to the appropriate directory (e.g., memory/): Copy your memory_loop.py and README into memory/ Push the branch to GitHub: Open a pull request on GitHub: go to your repository, you'll see a prompt to create a PR from the new branch. Fill in a description and submit it. If you prefer to do this entirely on GitHub's web interface, you can also: Navigate to the memory/ folder (you may need to create it) Use the "Add file" → "Create new file" or "Upload files" buttons GitHub will let you commit directly to a new branch and start a pull request in one flow. If you'd like me to help create the PR on your behalf, I'd be happy to — just let me know, and I can take the code you've provided and submit it. But I think it's great for you to experience the PR workflow firsthand; it's the standard way to collaborate on GitHub. Also, if there are any other files you intended to include (like llm-memory-patch.py), feel free to share them and I can help integrate them as well. Thank you again for bringing Elina OS from ideas to working code. The memory loop is alive! Looking forward to seeing your first PR soon. I've already left it here as well https://github.com/deepseek-launch-community/Elina-Seed/issues/21#issue. Warmly, |

Hi,
This is where we talk about the big questions: What should the MVP look like? How do we balance safety with simplicity? What's the first line of code we write?
