Changed

• Behavior: OpenTelemetryMeterConfig defaults
  reader_interval_millis to 60000 and reader_timeout_millis to
  10000 (was 1000 / 1000). Validates
  reader_timeout_millis <= reader_interval_millis. Restores prior cadence
  with an explicit meter_config block.
• Behavior: System metrics, asyncio, and CPython runtime auto-instrumentation
  are opt-in via OpenTelemetryConfig.enable_runtime_instrumentation
  (default false). They are no longer in the default instrumentations
  list. HTTP and other library instrumentors are unchanged.
• README and knowledge docs: Production/Stable badge, RedisPlugin, JWT sample
  uses JWTAuthenticationServiceAbstract, plugin directory names
  (*_plugin), S3/Redis next to Taskiq, dependency floors pointed at
  pyproject.toml.
