add informative message to builder on cold boot

During a build, the builder spawns a pod to do its dirty work. On a "cold boot", it will take some time before the build is ready to proceed but all the user sees is Starting build, and the screen hanging. We should change this to Starting build... but first, coffee! so that the user knows that the build will take some time, or some form of "load screen" to show the user that the builder is doing something, but it'll take some time.
