New

• Live broadcasts now show the DJ's display name instead of their username.
• The LIVE badge now sits on the top-right corner of the artwork.

Fixes

• Song Request tab now appears on stations whose AzuraCast server doesn't
  report requests_enabled.
• iOS: the keyboard now dismisses correctly in the song request search.
• Minor fix in the now-playing metadata handling.
