Crowbar was developed by the Dell CloudEdge Solutions Team (http://dell.com/openstack) as a OpenStack installer (http://OpenStack.org) but has evolved as a much broader function tool. It is a wrapper and orchestrator for Opscode Chef Server (http://opscode.com)
