Virtualization SDK Docs - Final VSDK 3.0.0 docs and release changes #311
Description
Update snapshot_parameters to optional_snapshot_parameters and explain why the snapshot parameters is optional (snapsync policies pass in None for snapshot parameters). Include more information about scratch paths and snapshot parameters definition in the release notes. Fix up broken links.
