Add hint field for testcases #142

Having a hint field (text[area?]) field for each test case would be nice.

It would allow us to give user feedback, about what each test case tests so that he can focus on that part of the code.

We would then render a hint button for each test case.

We could also add hints for private tests, but allow only one per user/problem to be revealed.
