Migrate jury rendering of each test case (as a green/red checkbox) also to user sections like

detail of submission
code editor
...

This would give users a more interactive feel about the submission.

It would also improve communication on what tests are not succeeding.

We could also render "locked" (private) test case icons, only with the option to reveal one hint (ref. #142)
