Update Banner for v1.0

Banner uses screenshot from oooold Factorio version, could use a refresh.

Requirements:

• Keep the feel of the original
• Evening time, lighted rocket launch pad with the rocket blasting off in the center
• Logical factory logistics (as apposed to illogical items/buildings etc?) maybe discuss on this?
• Show off general game mechanics (Ex: belts, bots, trains, machines, power, military, biters, etc.. Not all need to be in tho.)
• Busy looking factory

Take screenshots as follows:
Find the center of the Rocket Silo

• Open F4 menu
• Enable grid
• Enable "show-detailed-info"
• Hover mouse over center of silo and note the Cursor position {ROCKET_SILO_CENTER_X, ROCKET_SILO_CENTER_Y}
• Disable grid
• Disable "show-detailed-info"

Take the Screenshot

• Open console with ~
• Enter god mode (no character)/c game.player.character=nil
• /c game.player.teleport({ROCKET_SILO_CENTER_X, ROCKET_SILO_CENTER_Y})

• Screenshots are saved in %APPDATA%/Factorio/script-output on windows
