Replaced memory text readable again through the memory tools, and hand-written index lines kept when they say more than a link.

Fixed

• The text a save replaced reachable only on disk: memory_read with archived shows the most recent archived copy, and search, save and restore point to it
• Adopting or forgetting a legacy note deleting a hand-written index line that also held another link or a fact of its own; only a bare link with a short hook is removed
• An index that is one line longer than its whole budget cut without the notice that says so
