Transfer the Deno runtime to a foundation

Could the Deno runtime be moved to a foundation like the OpenJS Foundation? If Deno/Cloudflare will stop supporting it it would be nice if it could be officially donated to a foundation like OpenJSF so the community can continue to develop it centrally instead of having dozens of random forks with no coordination.

It's possible, yes. There's a process for proposing new projects and there are ongoing requirements that would need to be met.

I hope this is the case. As always big tech like Cloudflare always manages to screw the internet and it's users. I can only wish for them to go bankrupt or get the triple-E by Microslop. idk, @cloudflare kys ten thousand times in groups on 10 per million paid.
