Hashtopolis Support

• Uses Hashtopolis' User API (0.14.x and 1.0.x); submits job, polls for status, shows & stores any cracked PSKs.
• Thanks to @DensenDeluxe for their contributions in #90

Customizable Auto-Crack

• Select CPU cracker, Hashcat, or Hashtopolis to automatically run after each new capture (configured in Preferences).
• CPU Crack provides options to crack with wifit3's default wordlist, SSID variants, and/or probed SSIDs.
• Note: Cracking tool settings moved to [cpu_crack]/[hashcat]/[hashtopolis] tables in config.toml; existing settings migrate automatically.

FT-PSK captures

• Captures FT-PSK (802.11r) handshakes and PMKIDs as hashcat WPA*03/WPA*04 lines. Thanks @xxcosita3czxx in #113
• Cracking them needs a hashcat newer than 7.1.2; FT-PSKs are not sent to Hashtopolis.

RTL8187L fixes, support RTL8187B

• Port-correctness fixes against the Linux driver. Noticeably better RF.
• Included support for the RTL8187B masquerading as RTL8187B for #116. (Untested on hardware)
