We removed teaser_text stuff from the category view to speed up the call, but now there is no way to pull topics teaser from the API. Some themes or widgets might like to make use of this data so perhaps a route like /api/topics/[tid]/teaser would be nice to have

The route is /api/topics/teaser/[tid].

/api/topics/[tid]/teaser would have conflicted with a topic with the slug teaser.
