A pinned topic should stay pinned, even if new topics arrive. Right now, when a new topic is created, it is added to the top of the list, even above pinned topics.

Refresh fixes the ordering.

Was caused by <meta itemprop="itemListOrder" content="descending"> inside the topics-container div.
