Compatibility notes

Windows x64 moves from mingw64 to ucrt64. Dugite handles the new layout; consumers with hardcoded bundle paths must update them.
Git LFS 3.8.0 requires macOS 13 or later, dropping macOS 12 support for Git LFS.

Build changes

Git’s macOS and Linux binaries are now built with Rust support enabled, following Git 2.56.0’s new default. Users do not need Rust installed.
