Updated to the latest version of load-grunt-config which allows for dependencies "grunt-" to be pulled from all dependencies in the package.json. Also eliminates the need for load-grunt-tasks as this is done for free in load-grunt-config. Moved tasks/options to grunt/ to follow convention of project. Load-grunt-config also allows for coffee option files now. Converted all option files to coffee.
