onboarding backend integration

Changes made:

• added onboarding backend integration: in PlatformOnboarding component
• Had to modify the stepper a little to accomplish this. Not the best way, but temporary solution.
• Modified context files editProfile to use constate
• Added a new context file for the userProfile, this will be used to control the navigation of the internal page.
• Some of the other changes are just eslint formatting.
