Removed tags, sort recent ideas, sort time commitment, navigation routes, tool tip fix

• Removed Unnecessary symbols from the submission form
• fixed the direction of the tool tip
• removed "sort by recent idea's" functionality
• removed "sort by time" functionality
• Changed functionality of the backButton component, added backRoute prop to incorporate different routes for each component. Updated all modules with the new navigation structure. "goback2" function inside the backbutton component still need refinement but outside the scope of this issue.
• removed tags from the workshopping page
