onSearchComplete is not called when only using local data

Maybe it shouldn't be the default, but I want to add behavior when the number of matching options is less than 4 so onSearchComplete seems to be the way to do it, except that I am only using local data and so it is not called. Perhaps there's something I need to do to make it called?

I've coded in a hack in my local version of jQuery-Autocomplete to solve this for me, perhaps it should be added as an option?

I'm aware that this is called only for Ajax. Will change it to behave the same for local queries.
