Add support for DGGS layers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
deck.gl has a number of layers for visualzing spatial indices, e.g. H3, S2 (and coming in 9.2 A5)

Describe the solution you'd like
Addition of these layers to lonboard.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Technically the output from DGGSs could be exported to GeoJson and then visualized but this is not optimal

Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
H3 support was already started. If this was landed it should be fairly simple to follow the pattern for other layers

👍 This should be pretty straightforward. As described in #302 (comment), the first step is to make sure there's an adapter in https://github.com/geoarrow/deck.gl-layers

Does this count as an "adapter": https://github.com/geoarrow/deck.gl-layers/blob/main/src/layers/h3-hexagon-layer.ts (sorry not clued-up on lonboard terminology)

Yes that's exactly what I mean by adapter. Something where we can pass an Arrow table directly into the layer.
