Switching layers takes me to my current location

Steps to reproduce:

• Navigate away from your current location on the map
• Click layer switcher, switch layers

Expected behaviour:

• Layer should change and I should remain wherever I currently am on the map

Actual behaviour:

• After switching layers, map pans me back to my current location marker.

I tried to dig a bit more this morning and have gotten this to stop if we don't use setCamera while pressing the locate me button. https://github.com/developmentseed/observe-mobile/blob/b5cd6bf369903ec822180bc013a28ada8e0eb864/app/screens/Explore.js#L186

My guess is that setCamera is setting the map camera state and that's preserved on re-renders.

A workaround would be:

1. get the center of the map before switching layer
2. setCamera if the base map url has changed.

This doesn't seem to be an issue anymore, after the Mapbox GL upgrade.
