Performance tests for Odo with devfile v2.0 vs. v2.1

Once Odo adopts Devfile 2.1, it would be valuable to compare the performance results by running some performance tests on devfile v2.0 vs. v2.1. Ginkgo allows us to measure the performance of code using Measure blocks. (https://onsi.github.io/ginkgo/#benchmark-tests)

• Enable to run all integration test specs for Odo (issue Enable to run all integration test specs for Odo #417)

In addition, performance test with dev console is not preferred due to the following reason - https://docs.cypress.io/faq/questions/using-cypress-faq#Can-Cypress-be-used-for-performance-testing
