Intermittent CI test failure with ODC

Issue Description

A CI integration test - 'Create the sample workload from dev file' for ODC is failed intermittently.

The fix would be extending wait time on the loading page: https://github.com/openshift/console/blob/aa6fce5f1640f8a0aeb1cb4307f9adbb949156d5/frontend/packages/dev-console/integration-tests/support/pages/app.ts#L15

Closing it as the issue seems to be disappeared in recent CI builds.
