Issue Description
In order to cope with resource-saving efforts, the frequency of the periodic tests is adjusted at appropriate intervals.
Periodic test intervals
- OCP v4.11 : daily (Mon-Fri)
- OCP v4.10: weekly
- OCP v4.9: bi-weekly
