What does this PR do?:

This PR improves the versioning of devfile/api typescript models. It does this by appending the version from jsonSchemaVersion.txt with the current date, instead of just appending 0.0.1 with the date.

E.g. 0.0.1-1626875727 to 2.2.0-alpha-1626875727

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

#389
