What does this PR do?:

This PR creates a 2.2.x branch, and update the devfile schema version from 2.2.0-alpha to 2.2.0, so that devfile v2.2.0 can be officially released.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

#954

Do we need to update the kubernetes API version as well? Is there any breaking changes involved?

@schultzp2020 Are there any changes that we need to do on our website to reflect the schema version change? Will this change causes breakage on the doc if we don't make the change at the same time?

@elsony everything should be good to go on the landing-page/docs side of things. The python script I created should cover everything.

Should be no issues from the DevWorkspace side -- we're currently basing off of fe7c10e so this is just a version number change.

merging this PR. should have no backward-incompatible changes involved, so no need to bump up the Kubernetes API version
