Not publishing the config

After artisan command I receive
No publishable resources for tag [].
Publishing complete.
And nothing in config folder

What is your environment?
PHP version, Laravel version, etc...

It is php7.4.27, laravel latest, was a fresh install. Made it manual but I receive for any call null result.

I also have this issue. This is what I did: just run php artisan vendor:publish and type the number from the list for this package. It worked for me, I hope it works for you too.

Ok, I made some changes and fix in the package:

• for publishing config file use: php artisan vendor:publish --provider=Deviddev\BillingoApiV3Wrapper\BillingoApiV3WrapperServiceProvider --tag="config"
• null result related fix: Guzzle build_query method changed to Query::build, this was a Billingo PHP-SDK client related error
• accept Guzzle ^7.0
• fix error printing when error is not PHP-SDK related

So update packages:
composer remove deviddev/billingo-api-v3-wrapper
composer require deviddev/billingo-api-v3-wrapper:2.0.5
