Fixed

• Retain model-submenu ownership when ChatGPT replaces the opening control,
  including Japanese effort-only pickers whose model list opens in a portal.
• Isolate Windows service, update, and diagnostic helpers from the server's
  console and its control events.
• Register Windows services using private UTF-8 script files rather than nested
  encoded launch payloads; migrate recognized older launchers without changing
  their saved configuration or task settings.
• Fix Windows PowerShell update-status replacement by passing a typed .NET null
  backup path. Preserve Unicode in updater scripts, acknowledge worker startup
  immediately, and report stopped update tasks with their Task Scheduler result
  instead of retaining an indefinite scheduled state.
• Keep serving when a Ctrl+C listener cannot be installed, and record Windows
  console-close events, panic locations, and normal runtime exits for diagnosis.
