• The theme is one small config block: --nonla-bg, the --nonla-text-* keys, --nonla-brand, the status colors, and the surface and border keys. Derived names follow it.

• Input focus fill uses the sidebar step, and the focus stroke is --nonla-input-focus.
• Light palette: page and sidebar #fafafa, text #404040, borders #e5e5e5.
• Chat body text is 15px with a 24px line height.
• Tailwind's default type scale applies. text-sm is 14px and text-xs is 12px.
