Changed

• Markdown and Typography body use text-base (15px). They were text-md (16px).
• Fenced code and --nonla-mono-text-size follow text-sm (14px). They matched the body size (15px).
• Inline code is 0.875em of the surrounding line, at normal weight, with a lighter wash. A token stays on one line.
• Light text is warm stone. Quaternary is darker, so disabled copy stays readable.
• Markdown list rows use paragraph leading, so a wrapped line stays readable.

Upgrade notes

• Markdown body follows --nonla-base-text-size, not --nonla-md-text-size.
• --nonla-mono-text-size follows --nonla-sm-text-size. Set it on .nonla-ui to keep the old 15px code size.
