  • Fix Kanban card collapse with high ticket volume: Resolved an issue where columns containing 14+ tickets caused cards to squish and shrink vertically due to flexbox compression. Added flex-shrink: 0 to .kanban-card so cards maintain their min-height (72px) and scroll smoothly.
  • Improved column spacing: Adjusted column gap to var(--space-3) for cleaner card separation and readability.
  • Theme formatting & styles cleanup: Standardized keyframe animations, callouts, and markdown elements across theme.css.
