• 🎉 Certificate metadata returned by the Server, Connection & User APIs now includes channels - whether TAK Server signed the certificate with the channels Extended Key Usage (OID 1.2.840.113549.1.9.7); certificates without it have their channel selection ignored by TAK Server. The Connection card, Server settings, Admin Overview, Admin User page, and the Admin Users list show the state as a Channels / No Channels badge

• 🐛 PATCH /api/basemap/:basemapid no longer defaults scope to user or tilesize to 256 when omitted, so editing a single field of a Server scoped basemap keeps it Server scoped (#1947)
