v13.98.0 - 2026-09-25

  • 🚀 Rename the tasks table & /api/task routes to Integrations - GET/POST /api/integration, GET/PATCH/DELETE /api/integration/:integrationid, GET /api/integration/:integrationid/readme & /api/integration/raw/:prefix[/version/:version] - the Admin UI now lives at /admin/integrations
  • 🚀 layers.task is now a foreign key to integrations.id with the version stored in a new layers.version column - the Layer API still accepts & returns task as <prefix>-v<version> and additionally returns version & integration: { name, icon }; creating or updating a Layer now requires its Integration to be registered & deleting an Integration with active Layers is rejected
