Patch Changes

• 0cbf8f9: The clawops://stacks/{name}/last-run resource refuses a name that is not a stack name. It used to join the name from the URI into a path, so ../ could read a *.last-run.json file outside ~/.clawops/state.
• 1c934c5: clawops mcp wire and the setup wizard now name every gateway agent that can call clawops once wired, the default agent included, and say how to deny one. OpenClaw offers a gateway's MCP servers to every agent unless that agent's tools.deny covers clawops__*.
