Show and tell: what are you running onsystem on?

If you've run onsystem on a real project, post it here. Useful to include:

• what the project is, with a link if it's public;
• the setup: the Claude Code plugin, the MCP server in another client, the ESLint plugin, the GitHub Action or the CLI;
• what it caught, and what you turned off.

A screenshot of a finding is welcome. So is "we tried it and removed it, because ...": that tells me what to fix.

Where it runs today:

• CI, on public codebases pinned by commit, including Cal.com, Dub, Documenso and midday (corpus). These are test runs, not adoptions: every rule change is measured against them.
• The demo app in examples/shadcn-demo: CI runs check on its clean page, which must pass, and the Claude Code hook on its draft page, which must block.
