Add new page for DHTech Projects to website #184
Description
We want another page that lists DHTech projects (for now the projects to be listed would be undate, hugo-bibliography, and awesome-digital-humanities). undate and hugo-bibliography should link to the github repos, awesome-dh should link to the website (link is in the repo).
I don't think it will easily fit in the main menu, so maybe let's add a new menu "DHTech Projects" with two submenu entries: "Literature" and "Community Projects" (and move literature into that submenu).
