Initially PushAnalysis, also including ExternalFileResource (Because I branched from PushAnalysis and not master when working on it)
Also includes some changes and fixes to other services to allow map/chart/reportTable/etc to generate data for a specified user and for several users in succession.
Note:
PushAnalysis using Dashboards with EventCharts present has not been testet with this version, since there was a local problem on my mac with EventCharts. Will test this when this problem is resolved.
