Below are the edits made to the docs. I also added the example scripts so users can easily download data and scripts. All the scripts here work OOB. Other chapters that haven't been added have some problems that I've been working to fix. I will include those edits in a different PR.
I tested this code with
and its saved the whole dir to my cwd. @Tieqiong Thanks for adding this! its a great feature and makes it super easy for users to access the examples.
