restraints do not apply when defined after FitRecipe

Restraints defined in the contained objects are not used by the FitRecipe. They are found only after explicit FitRecipe._updateConfiguration call.

@sbillinge, sorry, I don't understand this issue. The FitRecipe._updateConfiguration is

def _updateConfiguration(self):
    """Notify RecipeContainers in hierarchy of configuration change."""
    self._ready = False
    return

I can't see how it relates to the restraint. Is there another function that relates to restraints? I found FitRecipe.constrain, but it doesn't call _updateConfiguration.

Is it fixed? Do you have any guidance about how to reproduce the bug?

Let's move this to later. I think I may have run into this bug actually, and it is nasty magic....I tried to set restraints and then nothing seemed to happen...this may be why. But it will take some time to track this down so let's do it later.
